These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of tkal.news and any associated newsletters, feeds, pages, and content (collectively, the "Service"), operated by Tony Yu ("tkal," "we," "us"). By accessing the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1 · Ownership & Copyright

All content on the Service — written analysis, calls, the scorecard, charts, data visualizations, methodology references, layout, and design — is © 2026 Tony Yu and is protected by copyright and other intellectual-property laws. The publication's independently developed research workflow, software, and methodology are proprietary intellectual property, are not licensed to you, and are not disclosed by the publication of any output.

2 · Limited License to Read

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and read the Service for your own individual, non-commercial use. You may share a link to a page, and you may quote a brief excerpt with clear attribution and a link back to the source. Nothing else is permitted without our prior written consent.

3 · Restrictions

Except as expressly allowed above, you may not:

copy, reproduce, republish, redistribute, post, sell, sublicense, or commercially exploit any part of the Service;
scrape, crawl, harvest, or use automated means to access, extract, index, or store content, except compliant search/AI crawlers acting consistently with our robots.txt;
use any content to train, fine-tune, or develop any machine-learning or artificial-intelligence model or dataset;
remove, obscure, or alter any copyright notice, attribution, byline, timestamp, or watermark;
frame, mirror, or present the content as your own or in a way that implies endorsement.

We reserve all rights not expressly granted, and may revoke your access at any time for any reason.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, tkal and Tony Yu shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or exemplary damages — including trading or investment losses — arising from your use of, or reliance on, the Service, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

7 · Subscriptions

The free newsletter is delivered by email subject to these Terms and our email provider's terms. Paid subscriptions, when offered, will be governed by additional terms presented at the point of purchase (including billing, access, and refund terms). Paid content is licensed to the individual subscriber only and may not be forwarded, shared, or redistributed; copies may carry per-subscriber identifiers to trace unauthorized distribution.

8 · Enforcement & Takedowns

Unauthorized copying or redistribution is a breach of these Terms and may infringe our copyright. We pursue takedowns (including DMCA notices) and other remedies. To report infringement or request permission, contact admin@tkal.news.

9 · Changes

We may update these Terms at any time by posting a revised version with a new effective date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
